Educational Work of the Department

The training of students at the Department is based on the principles of providing methodological and informational organization of the classroom educational process, independent work, as well as on the introduction of new effective forms of control over the competencies of the future doctor. A databank with more than 4,000 tests has been created for preparation for the KROK-2 licensing exam.

According to the educational plan, work programs in all disciplines have been formed under the Credit Transfer System. Lectures for domestic and foreign students are given exclusively using multimedia technologies. In addition, the Department issued methodical recommendations for practical classes in all disciplines for domestic and foreign medical students, teaching aids for practical classes on content modules (Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Hematology), and practical manuals for independent work.

The scientific direction of the Department is to develop and implement modern aspects of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of comorbid pathology of internal diseases, mainly cardiovascular, rheumatological, endocrine, allergic diseases, gastrointestinal pathology, and problems associated with immunity disorders.

The department organizes and holds scientific and practical conferences and operates a student scientific society.
